1. DRY FRUITS :-.

. These are that foods which can we carry easily. Dry fruits give us energy everyday. It doesn’t Increases the weight. It helps to loss weight and charge our body. we want to use dry fruits in daily diet.

. ALMONDS :- daily you want to eat 4-5. ALMONDS. If you are eating water dipped almonds that are very good and helpful.

.NUTS:- Eat 2 nuts daily in diet same like almond. It also give us energy. The nuts boost your brain also.

. PEANUT:- peanut is also a good source of energy. it not Increases fat. Eat peanuts which are also dipped in water.

. Important thing eat All these dry fruits without salt and not included oil. If you want to eat something in afternoon with tea you can eat almond, nuts and peanuts.

2. CURD, BUTTERMILK :-

. Curd is a best source for our stomach. Eat curd daily with dinner or lunch. You can eat it after or before dinner. If you want to eat it with dinner you can eat. It also increases the taste of dinner.

if you are eating home made curd that is very powerful otherwise use readymade curd. You can purchase it from any canteen or from milk shop. It helps to digest food easily. With it food not Increases fat.

. In this problem don’t eat bakery packed sandwich. Eat healthy sandwich. Use only flour or multi grain bread 🍞.

. Add green 🥗 salad in it. Don’t add cheese,ghee, oil in sandwich. You can eat it with green source.

4. BOILED EGGS :-

.if you are non- vegetarian you can eat eggs. Eat only boiled eggs not an amlate. You can add boiled eggs in sandwich.

5. SALAD :-

.ADD cucumber, onion, tomato, broccoli. green leaves or other green vegetables in salad. If you want to make salad more tasty you can add boiled gram, boiled beans, paneer. it is healthy for our body. you can eat it in lunch or breakfast.

.paneer is a good source of protein. It is made by milk. It digestes easily. Eat raw paneer.cut paneer in small pieces and drop salt and black chilli powder on it. Now it is ready to eat.

.If you are eating biscuits and chips stop it. Eat healthy snacks. These snacks Increases fat. are many healthy snacks like sugar free biscuits, oats biscuits, fried grams.

In a day drink one te green tea. You can distroy your 50% disease with green tea.Green tea is very benefited from our normal tea.if you don’t like green tea taste. can add honey 🍯 and lemon juice for taste. Lemon also helps to decrease fat.

Many type of seeds are benefited for our health. We want to eat seeds daily in daily diet. But we don’t do it. Eat pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc.

Coconut water is very benefited for our body. It is gifted by environment to you. You want to drink coconut water 3 times in a week. After that your body become healthy and you got glowing skin.
